Scratch is a multi-paradigm language which was developed by Massachusetts Institute Technology Media Lab. It is used for creating computer programs and interactive stories. Scratch was initially developed for children but it has evolved into a powerful programming language with the help of new features.

Arduino is a hardware and software system which was developed by Massimo Banzi and David Cuartielles in 2005. It is used to develop projects related to automation and electronic applications. Arduino was initially meant to be only a single board computer but it has grown into a complex range of boards and shields which can be connected together.

C is a general-purpose programming language which was created in 1972 by Dennis Ritchie at AT&T Bell Laboratories. The main aim of C was to make the programming language more powerful and it did this by introducing new concepts such as pointers, dumbing down the syntax of C, and by providing standard libraries.
