PC suite is a piece of software that creates an interface between the phone and the computer. The Micromax Q series mobiles can download the PC suite application. From the official site, the link for the office software can be downloaded and then the e file has to be run to make it work on Micromax Q series mobiles.

I am looking for a way to download Micromax Q2 PC suite.

You can download it here
You will also need to download and install Unrar.
Double click on "PhoneSuitee" to run the program. There is no need to install it.
